So that our team and our clients always know how the scope of a project, we prepare comprehensive case files containing key drawings, emails, quotes, and contact information, and we ensure that these folders are open to all those necessarily involved in the project.
To keep seawall projects progressing smoothly, our systems organize numerous lists, automatic digital reminders, and daily handwritten notes detailing the follow-ups needed to address each phone conversation.
We believe in showing clients our work rather than just telling them about it. 2. Asking the Right Questions
In order to assure a client that we’ve positively identified the right product for his or her situation, we’ve translated our Technical Request Form — normally provided to professional engineers — into an easy-to-understand, short list of questions.
The questions that we provide improve the probability that we’ll collaborative choose the best product for the job, as the answers pinpoint proper sheet length, thickness, design, and budgetary costs rather quickly. Should the client remain interested, we involve a contractor or engineer to provide the customer with even more accurate measurements.
3. Following Up a Completed Seawall Project
After new seawall construction has been completed, we return to the site of the finished project. In order to improve our work, create case studies, and better illustrate successful jobs to prospective clients, we speak with the contractors and their clients about the completed work.
While reviewing the installation process, we also take photos for our project profiles and future clients. The contractors’ feedback and before-and-after photos become priceless when clients want to visualize how their properties will be transformed.
4. Beyond-Satisfied Customers
We have strong partnerships with skilled distributors and contractors from all over the area, including Decks and Docks and Kelly Brothers Marine Contractors. The City of Marco Island, FL is bragging about our team, our products, our engineering, and our follow-up procedures after a recent success at their waste water treatment facility.
